PUSB's quality policy statement are given as below:
Identify client's need and provide products and services that satisfy their requirement.
Charge staff with the responsibility to implement and ensure adherence to the quality management system.
Create and environment where staff are encouraged to identify and propose ideas for quality improvement.
Work Management
PUSB has developed a Design Work Management System that enables us to achieve better project control. The system is a database program developed using MS Visual Basic 6.0, Crystal Reports, SQL Server 7.0 and MS Access database tools. The system is user friendly, adaptable, secure, and fit for purpose.
The Design Work Management System provides PUSB with an effective tool to achieve better integration and automation of key project (design) management activities such as estimation, time writing, cost control, planning/scheduling, monitoring, management report, billing/invoicing and supporting payroll. In addition, the system also helps to standardize workflow, reduce estimation time, and generates better project management reports.
Health, Safety & Environmental Management
It is the policy of PUSB to provide products and services in full compliance to our clients’ HSE requirements. PUSB has a fully installed and operational HSE management system comprising all the rules and instructions to control and coordinate activities within the PUSB organization in order to ensure that, together with the QA Management System, the highest level of HSE standard is achieved and maintained.
The HSE Management System outlines Company policy and management, as well as employee responsibilities. It includes all relevant aspects of safety management, safety training, occupational health, land transport, communications and environmental protection. Procedures also include those necessary to assure a similarly high standard of safety management within any of PUSB’s sub-contractors.
